Darenda Marvin Joins WMG Team

WMG has added another stellar member to our development family. Darenda Marvin joins us bringing more than 30 years of experience in land planning and entitlements throughout the state of Florida. Darenda recently served the private sector providing a vital service to real estate transactions by representing clients through all phases of development from due diligence through construction with an emphasis on obtaining entitlements at the local, regional, and state level. Her clients ranged from national homebuilders to local affordable housing developers, commercial tenants, and land developers of master planned communities. She currently holds a certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
As WMG Development’s new Director of Planning & Entitlements, Darenda will oversee the site feasibility and proper positioning of our assets for development and aid in future growth.
Adding a member to our team who can expand upon our vision and enhance our culture is crucial for our continued success. “Darenda brings a high level of expertise in planning alongside her extensive knowledge of the Southwest Florida market. Darenda currently resides in Florida with her husband and two children.
