New Retail Development

WMG Development recently began construction of a new retail development property in Gallatin, TN. This development is WMG’s 11th development property in the Nashville area.

The Kroger-anchored shopping center is located in Savannah, Market Place, along Nashville Pike in Gallatin, one of Nashville’s fastest-growing areas. This project will neighbor Roger’s Field, NASTC Conference Center, Sumner Skate Zone, Young’s Nursery & Greenhouses, and Fred Meyer Jewelers. New developments planned in the area will feature a car wash and a Taco Bell.

Heartland Dental will occupy one of the buildings, while the second building is available for lease. This will be a promising location for retail tenants looking to grow in the Nashville area.

The development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
