In 1995, Dr. Rick Workman founded the first real estate company that would later become WMG Development, LLC. In the early years, our sole focus was to assist in the rollout of Heartland Dental’s impressive growth strategy which propelled them to the largest dental support organization in the United States. As a result, the Workman Family’s real estate development companies have become the largest developer of dental tenant assets in the United States. This shared success has opened many other doors for WMG Development.
